You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your Billing & Plan page — no emails, no phone calls, no retention hoops.

What happens when you cancel

Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that it won't renew and you'll move to the free plan.

Any one-time credit packs you've purchased remain on your account and do not expire.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for details.
